Our unique review system allows businesses to respond to your review. Your review may not be posted for up to 72 hours to give a business time to respond before it is posted.

Businesses can respond publicly to any review. However, if you provide a valid email address, we can forward private responses directly to you, the reviewer.

Of course you can review any business anonymously, but then you never give the business a chance to thank you for the great review; or, to fix the reason you gave them a poor review.
